Is anyone else having the problem with the first page reloading after submitting mailing info? I can’t get past the first step!
It isn’t working anymore, keeps refreshing to the name and address but never loads the second page for the actual nomination part.
Their page is malfunctioning. Did you have this problem?

I finally got it to go through! Don’t know how may times I filled out that form but after 30 minutes, success! I hope it’s pays off, lol!
I nominated a teacher last night before you posted offer dead- it did not mention anything about sending me a free item so I’m wondering if I got the nomination in on time- would it have said something upon completion about sending the free items??? ANyone successful on this??
