Yes we paid $2.99 for 2 Hawaiin Tropic Lip balm and received $10 ECB. The ad states any Hawaiin Tropic products excluding baby. It worked great for us.
CVS deal scenario:
Buy 2 Hawaiian Tropic Lip Balms $2.99 each (may not be available at all locations)
PAY = $5.98
Get back a $10 Ecb (when you buy 2 Hawaiian Tropic items; limit 1)
FINAL COST = $4.02 moneymaker baby!!!!

It works. I found it in the seasonal section and there was no sale tag on it but it was fine at register.
I couldn’t find the product in my CVS! 🙁

Christina, The one off of Fletcher Parkway and Navajo (right off the 125) had them and so did the one in Santee. The one in El Cajon does not. I know its a little bit of a drive for you but hopefully you can get one. I was so excited when we saw the lip balm and we took it to the register and it actually worked. My husband (Rob) was so excited he could not wait to share it on here! LOL
Just went to the SAntee CVS. They still have a ton of lip balm, on the end cap between aisle 15 and 16. I would say they have at least 25 left.

I just got back in and the CVS on Market (DT San Diego) had them, pretty close to right when you walk in on a suntan lotion/summer product stand in Vanilla Mint! Seriously – what a win!
