      I filed BBB complaint for canceling my order. Their website was not “hacked.” Someone posting an ALREADY public promotion on the internet is not illegal or a basis for Omaha not to honor their promotions. It was Omaha’s mistake (I called and they agreed) and they should take full responsibility. This is fraudulent advertising.

      When I called they said they would “honor” the promotion ONLY if i bought more from them. THIS IS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH!
      FILE THOSE COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!

    This is fraudulent. I am an attorney at law and I have contacted this company regarding this issue. Their website should not have allowed these orders to be placed if they were not going to authorize these transactions.

    Go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. By law, they have to process these orders after taking money from these accounts and giving confirmations via email. I will file a dispute.

    I called, and stated that the ham was added to my cart without any code from me. I received free shipping without a code and they should honor their deal. She said at the bottoms of all confirmations it says all orders are subject to review. So I said I would no longer shop their company, if this is the type of customer service I receive.
