It asks for me to run the program to load the coupon printer and then gives me no option anywhere to click and load it! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

    My daughter tried it at home and said that she left that screen up for a minute and it eventually just popped up. I tried it (at work…hehehehe) and did not work at all.

i have tried already a couple times this morning and it is telling me the same thing and I have printed from Redplum plenty of times before.
