Target Circle Loyalty Program is Now Available Nationwide

Great news for Target customers! The Target Circle Loyalty Program has officially launched nationwide! You may recall I posted about the Target Circle program last month. Starting today, non-RedCard holders will be able to earn 1% on every Target purchase, receive personalized deals, birthday perks, and much more! Note that your Cartwheel discounts and coupons will remain but the name is changing to Target Circle. Spread the word!
