Your holiday returns are about to get much easier! If you purchased an item online that was shipped and sold by Walmart, you may now schedule a return through a new service partnership called Carrier Pickup by FedEx. Here’s how to create your return request:
- Log in to the Walmart App or Walmart.com
- Choose your order you want to send back
- Select “Carrier Pickup by FedEx” as the return method
- Choose a pickup date
- Print your return label and box up the item in its original packaging
- Put the return label on the outside of the box and hand it over to FedEx when it comes to pick up the item

Am I missing something, you can return without ever leaving home but #5 says take it to any Fed Ex location. I have to leave home to do that. Carrier pick up maybe? otherwise I would return to store. Not very clear from Walmart
