Have you returned an item at Walmart or Sam’s Club between July 17, 2015 and November 25, 2020? If so, you may qualify for a free check from this Walmart & Sam’s Club Settlement! No proof of purchase is required but please do not fill out the form if you never purchased these products! Keep in mind, this may take months or years to payout.

This settlement is about how Walmart failed to refund sales tax to customers.
