DR. SCHOLL’S DEAL MAY NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME!
RegisterRewards (RR) is a coupon, which can be used like cash toward ANY purchase at Walgreens. RR have an expiration date though!
Deal scenario:
Dr. Scholl’s Hidden Arch Supports for Her Insoles $6.99
Use the $2 off 1 manufacturer coupon from the 5/2 SS or from here
Plus, use the $5 off 1 Walgreens coupon from the July Coupon Booklet located near the weekly ads (image posted on the right!)
In some cases, you might need to purchase a filler item (aka something cheap!) since coupons exceed actual price of item!

Where do you get the July Coupon Booklet?
Yay. I got Blistex and moisturizing socks yesterday. Today I got the arch supports. Thanks for the heads up!
I consider myself a savvy coupon shopper but it has taken me this long to realize that Register Rewards at Walgreen's, Bonus Bucks at CVS and others are nothing more than strong discounts. For example–you buy a $5 item and receive a $5 rewards coupon. You use it on your next trip on a $5 item, therefore getting it free. But think about it–you spent 5$ and got $10 worth of mdse.-a 50% discount, not free. Unless you combine it with a very valuable Sunday coupon, these deals are no particular bonus at all. However what is a good deal, is a full rebate at a Rite-aid for instance. You apply for the rebate online, pay
no postage and get your rebate in a few weeks. In combination with a Sunday coupon, they are in effect paying you to buy the product!
I'd be interested to hear comments about this.
I never purchase something just because it is free after RR or CVS bucks b/c in reality you are buying it just saving on your next trip. I usually always use a coupon making it free Also I try to roll my RR so that at first yes I may spend money oop but on a $5 item get back $5 RR i use a coupon spend less than half but then the next thing I buy will have a coupon plus my $5 RR then I may also get a $5 RR back so my OOP is nothing and I just made $5 so on and so on I usually have $15-$20 RR in my wallet though and I only use them on things that earn me RR and I have a coupon so I am always making money. Its a plus if you can make money then also send off for rebates I just did the SC Johnson $15 worth, Aveeno $10, Shick hydro $10 and swiffer $10 so on top of my already free products I just made another $45!!!!!
i just went to wALGREENS TO TRY TO SNAG THE Dr scholl'sINSOLE DEAL and they rang up as 12.99 and the store said they were not on sale. is this $6.99 deal for ALL walgreens stores or is it locational?
