To everyone that received an expired coupon as part of our SoBe Heads or Tails promotion…we heard you, and we’re really sorry about that. If you call 1-800-316-0299, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement with a later expiration date.
My coupons came on time, so if your coupons came BUT were expired, give them a call. Great move on SoBe’s part!

Thank you for the heads up :)! I agree, great move on SoBe's part ;)! Yesterday, to my surprise – I received 5 coupons in the mail, and my bf and I rushed to the store to redeem them. I was happy that it was free just thought how strange to receive coupons that were going to expire in the same evening.
I played many times and a few times it said i won and requested my address but i never received anything 🙁 Mucho Sad!

@Maria They take a long time I won two on the same day but one came weeks ago and the other just came today.
Thank you! I just received mine tonight and they of course expired yesterday. I was just getting ready to find a contact for Sobe.
I finally got my first one (of 5 I won) today and was a bit miffed to see that it expired yesterday! Thanks for posting this…I will call tomorrow.
