Living healthy means routine exercise, eating well, and maintaining an optimistic view on life. I enjoy playing sports or just being out and about instead of sitting at home absorbing more information from the tube. Eating well means enjoying those cravings but also taking care of yourself by having the occassional healthy salad. Most importantly, one must maintain a positive approach on life as that will keep you active and apease your mind.
Make sure there is a Cafe near you, otherwise it's a waste of time. There aren't any stores within 100 miles of me. 🙁
