AT&T CANCELS FREE Wi-Fi Adapter & Remote Orders…

Well no surprise here… Just like the $1 Macy’s Luggage and the $3 Sketchers Shoes, I’ve been overwhelmed with emails and comments that AT&T has seemingly cancelled ALL orders for FREE Motorola USB Wi-Fi Adapter ($55 Value) + FREE Shipping! and the FREE U-verse TV Remote ($20 Value) + FREE Shipping!. I also received the following email:

Dear ROLAND,

Recently, you placed an equipment order at att.com. Unfortunately, due to an internal process problem, we have had to cancel this order and your device cannot be shipped. Please visit att.com/equipment to place a new order for your device.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope to have an opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Att.com Team

I’m not angry, only a little disappointed. With deals this great, you should always expect cancellations since this was indeed a mistake or error on their part. Oh well!

    I got that message about the remote but got a recipt for the adapter showing it comming in 3-5 business days for free.

    Isnt there something that can be done? We got confirmations saying its ours. Petty disapointed!

    i got the same email for remote and for adapter it says that it’s coming in 3-5 days.

    This is how it goes someone has bought that item and it didnt work properly. So they called up and complained or went online and complained and they were given a promo code to get a free one. In the meantime someone else said hey let me try that and it works and than us ( freebie hounds) gets a hold of it and when it turns into a melee for those items they figure something went drastically wrong and cancel the orders. At least thats how i see it

    Did they cancel all of them? I didn’t receive a cancellation email.
