Yes. As long as it states manufacture’s coupon, you’re good to go!
Walmart’s coupon policy states that they DO NOT accept competitor coupons that are for “Dollars/cents off at a specific retailer”. I’m pretty sure this coupon would fall into this category.

I’m hearing the coupon states Redeemable at Target ONLY, therefore, you may only use it at Target only. Just a heads up!
It says in small print REDEEMABLE AT TARGET ONLY, guess it’s only good for Target stores.

Mine too! I just tried to print it out twice with a few other coupons and it never printed. I went to print it by itself and it said I had already reached my limit when it never printed. It’s making me a little frustrated because it never printed 🙁

yea same problem. i clicked it along with 2 other coupons and the hot wheels didnt print. then i went back and its still there but when i tried to print it alone it says i already printed it
