This week at my Target, the BIC Cristal pens 10ct. are $0.50, so, you can get 2 per coupon for FREE. So, if you have your limit on the Target Q, plus this Q, you can get 8pks for FREE. AWESOME! I’ll be getting some more pens for FREE! Or you can even use this on some other GREAT sale.

If anybody lives in Oregon and has a Fred Meyer store near you. They have the same deal as Target, the Bic pack of 10 pens are 49cents with Fred Meyer Coupon, plus they have the manufacturer coupon you mentioned above to buy two and get $1.00 off. So I used both those coupons and got my two packs of pens free, yay !!! Happy Shopping =)
