Just keep hitting refresh. Several times after I put in my information it would load to an error screen. I kept going back and resubmitting and finally got a screen that said I would get mine in 8-10 weeks. Thanks!!!

It will let me put my info in, but as soon as I hit the submit button it comes up as service unavailable.
I got service unavailable and kept refreshing. It allowed me to enter my info but there is no submit button so I just hit enter and it says service unavailable. Happened twice same way.

It Worked! Mine said service unavailable but then on the left hand side I clicked Around Town. There is a lady with black hair and she is holding the bath tissue cover and I clicked on her. Then you will see this page about respecting the roll and you’ll see GET YOURS TODAY. Click that and type the code 3600013396 and submit your info and that is it 🙂
