    Hi Charlotte. I got mine in the mail yesterday. They only sent me 1 trial size Scope. If you got the same things I *insist* that you email them using Amazon to straighten it out. $3 for 1x Scope is uncalled for. Especially when they did a bait & switch. They gave me a full refund. Try emailing them 🙂

  Thanks for the tip Justin! I sent them an e-mail and immediately got a call saying that they’d give me a refund if I rate them as five stars (kind of sketchy, right?). Did the refund show up in your account immediately, or does it take a few days?

  Yeah, it’s ridiculous to pay $3 for a trial size of mouthwash when we, couponers, can get them for close to nothing.

    I got my refund within 2 hours of giving them a 4 star review stating what happened. I have to give them some respect though. He was very professional, explained himself well, and approached this at a good angle.

  I also received on and sent the seller an email through amazon. I received a call from James within and hour and said he would do a full refund. He was very professional.
