I got the sample from last time, the gel was pretty awesome and I now purchase and use that.. but that Probiotic have me INSANE stomach rumbles, literally you could hear my gut from across the room and over the TV, I only used 2 and can’t get my self to take another not matter how ‘good’ they could be for me lol.. If you have reactions to any other Probiotics then I’d ask a Dr. or research before you take this one as well, at least take it a day you have NOTHING planned ha-ha!
