They did require payment info to sign up but the fine print stated that come your renewal time, no charges will be made without your permission and they will notify you with a request about whether or not you want to continue your subscription and then at that point they would use the payment infomation you entered. Just fyi.
i hit submit without entering payment info and got the welcome pop up so even though the info area is there you dont have to enter it.
