    Website is DRAGGING now.. guess it is being hit pretty hard… it shows the shipping until the order is processed, and as long as you checked the box to be an Elite Member, it removes the shipping once processed and should give you the total without shipping. You must let the whole order be processed first though.

    I got a message on the final screen that my order wouldn’t go through because of duplicate orders. I checked my order history and my order went through 3 times. I only wanted 1 order, sorry everyone for getting more than I needed. I didn’t see a way to cancel the extra 2 orders. Again sorry.

    BUT…if you did get to the end of the process, your order might have gone through. I didn’t realize it until I checked my order history.

      Yep, same thing happened to me. I think you can cancel the extra orders – it gives you that option on the order history page. However, for this price, don’t bother and don’t feel guilty. We all win some, lose some in this kind of thing. Besides, sketchers itself may call it a mistake and cancel all our orders.

    I did this order over and over, getting error messages each time. Finally I did get to the billing page and entered my Visa info and then received an error message that said I could only apply the discount code once and that my second order was detected as a duplicate. I used another browser and returned to the site to check my order status. It looks like my order of five pairs of boots for $12 has gone through twice. I have two official order numbers!

    My Visa info is evidently now stored on the site…I don’t know how to “unstore it” so will call on Monday to get it removed. However, because the Visa info is stored, I think that the site now works for me. I ordered two more sets of boots for $2.40 each and it went through immediately.

    Well, I finally got through, and it says my order is “processing” and I got an email confirmation. We shall see if they honor these or cancel them!

    p.s. It took me a LONG time to finally get all the info inputted, lots and lots of patience required and multiple times through each screen since the website kept butting me back to the login page.

      You might want to double check by signing into the website and checking order status. I, too, was having trouble getting my credit card to load but it went through and my order for 2 pair of boots is “processing”.

    It must have been a pricing error, I was on line for about 1/2 hour trying to get a pair (their website was constantly having errors) and while I was trying to check out the price went up to $88 dollars.

    I took a screen caption of the page showing the item and the $3 price and e-mailed them telling them I tried placing the order and had problems with their website and wasn’t sure if my order went thru. If they are a good company they will honor it. They do not have 24/7 customer service so I won’t know until Monday 9am PST at the earliest but nothing ventured, nothing gained. It did let me put in my cc # and the promo code and then I hit submit but I never got a confirmation that it went thru. Time will tell!

    Just like the last sketchers price error back in may on the Arcade – Refer shoes for 2.25 they billed my card gave me a confirmation number and then cancelled the orders as price mistake this is the same thing if you look at your credit card statement online the chances are you were billed 0$ which means that they are gonna cancel these too

    Be aware! It kept telling me there was an error please try again. I did it 4 times. When I went back to check, I had 4 orders! I had to cancel some of them. I still have 2 orders pending. Today that boot is 88 dollars.

    Just letting you all know, whoever got through and got boots ordered. I just got off the phone with Skechers because my order went through 6 times, so I called to cancel 5 of them and they have cancelled everyone’s order. I am going to be contacting the BBB regarding this!!!!!!!

        Same here—got the—ooops==we are sorry–had an error on the web page email too. Too good to be true—I knew I would get that goofy email—-Big companies can’t honor anything they mess up on to their customers. Oh well—-I will NOT be buying those boots for $60- too expensive for me.
