Infants Tylenol Recall 2012

FEBRUARY 17, 2012 – Johnson & Johnson is recalling its entire U.S. supply of infants Tylenol, aprrox 574,000 bottles, due to a design flaw. What’s the reason?  A part of the cap intended to restrict the flow of liquid can fall into the bottle, and that shouldn’t happen nor should parents use this medicine if it does. For full details, go to Infants Tylenol Recall 2012!

How to get a refund on your recalled products?

If you have any of the products stated, you can fill out this refund form online or make sure to contact McNeil (maker of Tylenol) toll-free at 1-(888) 222-6036 (available Monday-Friday 8 am to 8 pm ET or between 9 am to 5pm ET on Saturdays) for information on how to return the affected products and receive reimbursement.

(thanks @WSJ and @Stephanie)
