    Maybe try in another browser too possibly? I had Chrome, Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox up… was able to get through finally on Mozilla Firefox and the other browsers were still working. Just an idea. 😉 Good Luck girl!!

  it says “Only one Hopper per consumer or DISH customer account. Available while supplies last.” so you don’t have to check yes in order to qualify for it.
