i keep getting “any field is blank” as an error after i fill in the information. And its only one per household 🙁
filled out survey and it wont go anywhere…
It worked for me but once I got to the last page it says something like thanks you will be receiving your check/glass soon and then underneath it is says error: you have already participated in this promotion (while I hadn’t) so I guess we will see what happens!
