I have been entering my upc from my tide bottle and it keeps saying enter correct 12 digit UPC, I keep entering the 12 digit and it keeps telling me the same thing,…
same here, tried 2 different Tide containers
same here.. I went through two different ones myself… but once I got back to the computer (was trying on my ipad) it now says to try back later due to high volume of traffic.. so i will try back later 🙂

after spending a considerable amount of time attempting to enter upc and promotional codes from my bottles of tide for the NFL towel, I simply called them and found out it will only work on SPECIALLY MARKED PRODUCTS. Maybe this will help someone else.
