I just ordered one and showed no charge but then it took 1 dollar out of my account. I am trying to get in touch with them to see what I was charged for.
Melanie, In my experience, when I have needed to provide a CC to a company, even for a free item, they will usually charge the card a fee of $1.00 – just in order to verify that the card is actually “good” and an active CC. They always return the $1.00 in a separate transaction though. Give it no more than a day, I think you will find that is probably the case. 🙂
