Anyone else having trouble submitting? The last line above submit says ProfileGUID and nothing I dream up to put in there works. Any ideas? Or has anyone been able to submit?

I can fill out the form but when I hit Submit, it says Submitting and does nothing.
they have changed the way they do it. it will not submit from the regular link. they are sending out e-mails to members and you have to use the link sent in the email for it to work.
