Woohoo! If you’re headed to Target soon, I’m hearing reports that Target Halloween Clearance Sale has hit 90% off at many stores already where clearance was previously up to 70% off. I suggesting scanning your items if you don’t see the 70% off signs just to make sure. My store still had some stuff but much of it was gone!
