I am absolutely disgusted with with Target. I am finished with your store. My wife and I are usually in your store two to three times a week and spend thousand of dollars a year. I left my table at Thanksgiving to be at your store in Stroudsburg Pa at 5 pm when the doors opened, my plan was to procure the element 55″ TV for 199$ as your ad clearly stated. I was shocked at the register to find out it was the first 20 customers that received the sale. Absolutely nowhere in any of your advertising did it state this, I have went back and reviewed all the ads, nowhere does it state the first 20 customers. I know my time means nothing to you obviously by the way you treat and trick your customers. Its gonna be hard for me to ever set foot in your store again. I hope next time you take the time to advertise properly.
It was a doorbuster- says it right in the ad. Maybe, next time don’t leave the dinner table for a tv.
I saw a poly/cotton jacket by Good Fellow with a sign that all Good Fellow brands were 50% off in the men’s department. I go to checkout and the price displayed was full price. I mentioned to the associate what was posted in one area with apparel by Good Fellow. I was shown the newspaper page of brands that were $20. I mentioned the sign. I asked to cancel my transaction for my purchases because I was told that I should take a picture of the sign and notice if there were any restrictions. I came back with the picture and showed the associate, who inquired with another associate who appeared to be aware of the sign and area where the Good Fellow apparel was located. I was told if the item on the register revealed full price then the discount did not apply. I did not purchase the item, but mentioned this is decieving. I hope this does not confuse other customers.
