Well, I’m a bit pissed off. I had a red suitcase in my shopping bag and as I was checking out, a message came up saying the item was no longer available and I should remove it from my shopping bag. I had selected it and was proceeding through checkout quickly…no delay on my part. How could it not be available if the system had let me put it in my shopping bag?

I’m really curious to see how many of these are actually shipped at this price. It is quite sad that so many people took advantage of a company’s mistake, and at such great costs. Its quite dishonest. Great, you got a nice suitcase that you’re gonna give as gifts or donate, but what does that do to the company? How much money are they losing on this? Let’s see if the original price was $300 … 360 suitcases sold at $1, with a total loss of $107640! And people wonder why prices in stores continue to rise. Come on. I’m all for a good deal but everyone knew that this was a typo!
I so agree with you. Cannot understand why people are complaining about the store not honoring this mistake.
Imagine this: a mom strolling her baby together with a toddler. Then her naughty toddler wanting to play so he snatch mommy’s purse and threw it on the street. Would you make a run to grab the money that fell out and say that you found it?
Think what you want. but honestly it did not cross my mind that it was a typo. There are times I have come across when companys just want to get rid of stock and thats the fastest way to do it, plus a way to get costumers to come back for the regular priced or sale merchandise. Anyway, we will see if they ship. If not then wasnt meant to be.
