Target Price Match Guarantee 2013
Wow, we’ve got some AWESOME news for ya! If you haven’t heard, Target stores announced they WILL price-match online prices year-round. Check out what it says:
If you buy a qualifying item at a Target store then find the identical item for less in the following week’s Target weekly ad or within seven days at Target.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, ToysRUs.com, BabiesRUs.com or in a competitor’s local printed ad, we’ll match the price. Price match may be requested at Guest Services prior to your purchase with proof of current lower price or by bringing in your original Target store receipt and proof of the current lower price.
Ok so it basically says Target will price-match ANY of the same exact item from any of those websites, as long as you have proof (likely a page print out or show them from a smart phone) OR if you, say, buy an item today, you’ve got SEVEN DAYS to price-match it if you find a lower price, online or in a competitors weekly ad. The policy does include restrictions: Store won’t price-match third party vendors on these sites (such as Amazon “marketplace”) and stores in Alaska and Hawaii won’t be participating. Vista, CA Target was awesome at 9am this morning-signs said 70 and items rang up at 90. Scored 4 different platters from 19.99-12.99 marked down to 1.99-1.29 and a tablecloth for 1.39, 4 flameless candles for 1.39 each, various gift bags, curling ribbon, bows,and tissue paper for xmas and any other occasion from .20-.30. Used a betty crocker cookie mix coupon on the .20 chocolate mint cookie mix and got them free, ladies’ sleep boxers for .99! The Oceanside, CA one was wiped out by the time I got there about noon: a few broken glass ornaments and some tissue paper was all that was left. It’s such a rush to see “you saved 235.00″ on the bottom of my receipt!!
