They are making it a little more difficult this time around, so make sure to follow the instructions carefully. Note that general access for everyone starts on February 25th. 1. Hand-print your full name, address, email address, and birth year on a 4 x 6 piece of paper AND include a handwritten self-addressed stamped envelope

That’s it! You can send one in daily (avoid weekends though).
