Calling all readers who purchased bags or blocks of ice products in the past! If you’ve made at least ONE qualifying purchase in the USA (excluding a few states) between January 1, 2001 through March 6, 2008, you can get up to $12 Cash Back (you’ll get either $6 for 6 or less bags/blocks purchase or $12 for 12 or less bags you purchased)! This settlement is about how these ice companies violated the antitrust laws by conspiring to raise, fix, maintain, or stabilize the price of packaged ice.
No proof of purchase is required for up to 12 but please do not fill out the form if you never purchased these products! If you purchased 12 or more products, you may fill out the form WITH proof of purchase for $12 Cash Back plus $2 for each additional bag or block ice!
