If you’ve made at least ONE qualifying purchase in select states in the USA between January 25, 2003 to October 31, 2013, you may get up to a $15 Check ($1 for each product)! This settlement is about how Aveeno Baby Wash labels were false or misleading.
No proof of purchase is required for up to 15 products but please do not fill out the form if you never purchased these products! Payless has announced that they’ll be filing for bankruptcy again this month which will result in the closing all of their 2,300 U.S. locations! Stores will being liquidation sales starting Sunday. All stores will remain open until at least the end of March and many will remain open until May. Back in April 2017, the struggling retailer filed for bankruptcy protection to reorganize but that obviously didn’t work. Spread the word!
