Old Navy Recall 2012
JULY 12, 2012 – Old Navy is recalling about 34,000 Aqua Socks. What’s the reason? This style has less traction when worn on wet or smooth surfaces leading to child possibly slipping and falling. These Aqua Socks were sold between February 2012 and June 2012 in pink and purple in Toddler sizes 5-11. The recall includes Old Navy Toddler Girl Aqua Socks with style number 896452. A small tag inside the foot opening contains the style number (896452), size information, and country of origin (China). For full details, go to Old Navy Recall 2012!
How to get your refund?
If you have any of the products stated, return them to any Old Navy store for a full refund. Consumers who return the shoes before November 9, 2012 will also receive a coupon for $10 off their next purchase at Old Navy. Contact custserv@oldnavy.com if you wish to return the Toddler Girl Aqua Sock by mail. For additional information, make sure to contact Old Navy toll-free at (866) 580-9930 for information on how to return the affected product and get your refund.
