Oh man, its so hard to choose just one space..but the kitchen. Definitely the kitchen! Its from the 60’s-70’s, in darkly paneled MDF and our landlord hasn’t changed it since the apartment was built! Its so uninspiring of a place to cook in and I try and avoid it at all costs 🙁

On a smaller budget, I’d redo the living room because it would be the easiest room to “fix” – new couch and maybe some new accessories to match. On a bigger budget, I’d try to do something w/ our “big room”, which currently is a big mess of exercise equipment, folding card table, catch-all bookcase; I’d love to figure out a way to make it all work together better.

It would be my kitchen… our cuboards are really old and I would LOVE to refurbish them. They are the original cabinets… our home was built in 1914! Very rustic, cabin-like. I love the look, but they need a facelift 🙂 As well as the flooring, sink and countertops… I think the floor is starting to rot away!
We rent, so remodeling is tricky. I would choose our kitchen and try to find ways to make what we have work better! I want “a place for everything, and everything in its place” – but first we need a place for everything.

Hands down our bathroom. We purchased a home that is completely carpeted. Kitchen, dining room, all bedrooms, and both bathrooms. With a family of five I am the only female. Boys and carpeted bathrooms are a nightmare! In addition I have a 3 and 5 year old who take baths. Needless to say I beg for a remodel!

My house was built in 1904 & the kitchen has 6 cabinets way up high on the wall so I have to get a stepstool to reach them, and there is no place in the kitchen or near the kitchen to put a dining table, so my dining room is down the hall from the kitchen! I would remodel my KITCHEN because the 1980’s style cabinets are just not my style
