This morning on the Rachael Ray Show, a segment aired about TLC’s hit show Extreme Couponing, where stars Tiffany and Missy, were challenge to see how much they can save while shopping for the ingredients in Rachael’s new recipe – Cincinnati Sloppy Sliders.
