PAID OUT OF POCKET (after coupons) = $8.30… thats a 77% savings by simply using coupons!
FINAL COST (after rewards) = All for FREE + a $5.09 moneymaker!!!
P.S. I went to Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and Vons to score these deals (and I was doing some personal shopping anyways). I didn’t really pay $8.30 out of pocket, since I had previous drug store rewards that paid for most of my out of pocket cost. Being prepared and having a plan, always pays off! 😀
(NOTE: I did have a raincheck for the Reach and Right Guard products from a couple weeks ago. Remember you can almost ALWAYS ask for a raincheck if a certain product is out of stock.)

is it true that the nexcare band aids are like .99 or so at walmart? 🙂
I asked for a raincheck yesterday at my CVS and she asked would I be back before the sale was over. I hesitated, because I live over 30 miles from them so I wasn’t sure if I would be or not. And she told me they aren’t allowed to give them out to be people who would be visiting the store again during the sale cycle. Mind you, all of this was AFTER she told me that she didn’t know if the product would be in on the next truck. I thought it was a little ridiculous! She was nice about it..but, I had never heard that particular policy before. Have y’all?
Melissa, you being back before a sale is over has nothing to do with you getting a rain check, the product is out of stock when you went to go purchase it. Whoever the person is who was asking the questions was out of line. If you get questions like that again just ask what does that have to do with you getting a rain check for a product out of stock when you came to purchase it. I have gotten many rain checks for items out of stock even if there was a truck that was delivering before the sale is over. There is no guarentee that the item with be on the truck just because they ordered it. Next time ask for the manager or call corporate right there in the store in front of whoever is giving you a hard time and you will not have a problem again.
wondering if others get rainchecks from Walgreens for the after RR price or the “regular sale” price? I ask because I have been having a hard time with getting items at Walrgeens and they said they cannot give a raincheck for the price after RR’s.
I asked the manager at my WAGS about that last week and he said they couldn’t give me that price because the RR that print out are not from Walgreens they are from the manufacturer.
