This settlement is about how Ocean Spray falsely advertised some of their juices as containing “no artificial flavors”.

This really got my attention! Nearly 500,000 people have signed a petition asking Target to eliminate plastic bags from their stores. According to the petition, “these bags often wind up in waterways and our landscape, degrading water and soil as they break down into tiny toxic bits.” This petition was created by Target customers and will end the year being the largest environmental peition on Change.org in the US.

We got rid of plastic bags here in California years ago (must bring your own bag or pay for plastic). Best decision we could have made.
