UPDATE: I don’t think you guys will have any issues with not being a previous annual pass holder but its still might be a little risky at this point. If you guys know anyone who works for Universal Studios, you might want to ask them. Once I find out more info, I will post it!

Universal Studios Hollywood is offering their annual pass for only $39 bucks (reg. $69) for current or previous Annual Pass Members. This equals out to $3.25 per month!
The ad says it only works for renewel, but it also works for non former annual pass holders.
*12 blackout days – Jul 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Aug 7, 14, and Dec 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.
