I also had trouble entering my city, apparently because it's two words? Once I took out the space it went through. Hope the lip balm still makes its way here. 🙂

Had to make my 2-word city into 1 word (take out the space) then it would submit.

I was having an issue with my city, too. My city is Saint Charles, and it said I could only enter letters only. So, I abbreviated it to StCharles and it worked. So, try making your city one long word if yours is like mine in that your city is 2 words or more. Hope that helps!
